1. You can either have LBC deliver a box to your home by calling the LBC hotline or purchase one from the nearest LBC Express branch or LBC agent.

2. Pack your items securely in bubble wrap. Make sure each space is filled up to avoid items moving around during our sea courier service. For any small items, such as screws, nuts, and bolts, place them in a secure container. For liquid items such as shampoo or condiments, securely tape around the lid and wrap it inside a plastic so it does not spill while in transit.

3. Declare all your items (as well as their estimated values) in our Packing List and Inventory Forms.

4. Once you’ve filled up your box, you can request for pick up through online booking or by calling our LBC hotline. Make sure not to overstuff your box or it may be rejected by our LBC Associate!

5. The LBC Customer Associate will hand over your tracking number. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package using our LBC tracking service!
